Mr. Sushil Kumar, the Founder of Sarokaar Nai Dishayen Welfare Society, is an MBA and a USA-returned professional who chose to dedicate his life to social welfare. After achieving remarkable success in the corporate world, he made the courageous decision to step away from a promising career and devote himself to uplifting the underprivileged sections of society.
Guided by compassion, empathy, and a strong sense of social responsibility, Mr. Kumar established Sarokaar Nai Dishayen Welfare Society with a vision to create lasting change through education, healthcare, environmental conservation, women empowerment, skill development, and social awareness programmes.
His remarkable journey—from corporate success to community service—reflects his belief that true success lies in serving humanity. Under his visionary leadership, Sarokaar Nai Dishayen continues to touch lives, empower communities, and build a more equitable, educated, and compassionate society.

Mrs. Heena Chauhan, the President of Sarokaar Nai Dishayen Welfare Society, holds a Master’s degree and has a strong professional background in the field of Education. She is deeply committed to serving society, with a special focus on uplifting downtrodden and slum communities through education and empowerment initiatives.
Under her dynamic leadership, the organization actively implements impactful programs such as environment conservation drives, tree plantation campaigns, health camps, skill development training, night shelters for the homeless, women empowerment programmes, road safety awareness campaigns, and child labour prevention initiatives.
Mrs. Chauhan firmly believes that education, awareness, and community participation are the key pillars of sustainable development. Her dedication and compassionate leadership continue to inspire volunteers, donors, and partners to work together toward creating an inclusive, empowered, and environmentally conscious society.
